Overview of Haojey Co., Ltd.

Haojey, Ltd was formed in Oct.,1979, with its current administrative headquarter located in the heart of Taipei city’s finance district on Tun Hwa South Road. Its factory, with a total area of 25,000 square meters, is located amidst a surrounding of elegant and splendid landscapes of the city of Yuan Line, inside the Dou-Liou Industrial Expansion District. Within the factory, approximately 22,000 square meters are devoted to the function of Haojey’s manufacturing. 　

While the Haojey factory is equipped with the most advanced textile facilities from Europe, it also boasts of being the most modernized and technologically advanced manufacturing factory inside the Industrial District. In correspondence with its state of the art facilities, the Haojey factory hasreceived national awards for its design in factory layout and landscape aesthetically. The resources invested in the factory total to USD25 Million.

Haojey annually manufactures 8,000 tons of Spandex Covering Yarn and 6,000 tons of Polyester Textured Yarn. In 1999, Haojey took on a new endeavor in combining its technology with Asahikasei from Japan, producing innovatively variations of Polyester performance yarn, hollow fiber, sweat-absorbing and dispersing yarn, UV blocking Yarn, and PTT Elastic Textured Yarn as offspring of this advanced technology. In 2002, Haojey again combined its technology with UNITIKA from Japan, developing through research products such as Nylon Antibacterial DTY, Moisture absorbing DTY, and Micro-filament DTY, all of which are marketed worldwide.

For the purposes of best serving our customers in our domestic and abroad markets, and aligning market resources, Haojey has established branches in Lyon French, Shanghai China and Shaoxing China. In addition to actively reaching out to the China market, the Haojey branch in Shanghai is also the purchasing the representative of European clients,purchasing fabrics in the initial stages, and moving onto buying ready-made garments as exports to Europe in the future.

Haojey implements comprehensively the ISO9001 quality control management system throughout its functioning structures, aligning its management with its principle of “fairness in pricing and quality excellence” when it comes to serving its customers.

Management in Haojey is highly computerized/digitalized through the use of E-Office, ERP computer running system, Video Conferencing facilities, high speed Data Resource System, and Brio Quick and Easy Queries system. These high-efficiency implementations designed to facilitate Haojey’s management functioning allow Haojey to respond timely to signals from the market, adopt appropriate corresponding strategies in an efficient and precise manner, and ultimately develop up-to-date products that best meet our customers’ needs.
